Timeframes

Course Contents

The MAX SAM is divided into 3 sessions.

The First Session:

The Preparation & Background: This session will cover  the different types of charting structures available: Renko Bars, Constant Range Bars, Tick Charts, Time Bars Chart.
It will compare & show the benefits & deficits of each.
This session is needed so that you understand fully the thinking and constructions of the various types of price depiction.

The Second Session:

The Core Content: This session will explain how to benefit the most  from these different price depictions to pull as much profit as possible from them.
Several methods will be taught, ranging in risk & profit.

The Third Session:

Refinements: Now that you have had a chance to experience the SAM for yourself, this session will answer any of your questions and cover more details and nuances about it.
You will be shown more detail on how to integrate it with the regular MAX concepts and why these concepts work – e.g. Time Windows, Redundancy.

The MAX Course starts slowly as we want to make sure you have a good grounding & background in the principles and…

    • Each session will last at least 90 minutes

    • ability to ask questions
    • opportunity to see & learn from other student charts and assignments
    • personal evaluation and comments regarding your homework
    • Invitation to the SAM section of the MAX Forum for further ongoing support.

SAM Course Prerequisites

  • MAX Standard Course – you must have completed this course.
  • Proficient – & you should be proficient at the MAX Standard techniques before using the MAX SAM.
    You should be comfortable trading the basic MAX techniques before doing the SAM Course.
  • Purposeful, Committed & Determined
     – When you are trading the SAM, it will require your full focus.
    - With more SCs & Entry opportunities, you will have to pay close attention.
    However, having said that, the “X-Ray” feature lets you see the moves more easily, so it’s not all bad :-) .

MAX Advanced versus MAX SAM

The MAX Advanced and the MAX SAM Courses complement each other.
Each one provides you with more knowledge on how to trade the market.
They can be taken in any order and each will increase the other’s profit potential.
